That’s a joy and job of being a sentient being on this world. This is one that every single living breathing animal, plant and insect are born with.

Rights of being one that cannot be socially, psychologically, physically, mentally or cognitively be removed from self.

All of us are born with who we are and that cannot be challenged. We could try every imaginable solutions, yet it boils down to our true self. Remove those solutions, additives, advances and whatnot; do we truly think we can be happy with our most basic self?  With no excuses, denials, evasions and the like – can we truly accept ourselves at our natural order in which we are born to?

That is the essence.
